Our process is simple -

1. Reach out to us via text to schedule a 15-minute consultation at 469-224-5499.  

2. After an initial conversation regarding your surgical date, recovery, and needs, we suggest a recovery plan that best suites a holistic recovery path. 

3. We book your recovery dates and times. You'll receive a confirmation email. To secure your spot, a 50% down payment is required. 

Each recovery cost is different due to the type of procedure performed, length of recovery care desired, and any additional add-ons to help your recovery process be seamless. 

A pre-surgical consultation helps the PostOp Collective's nursing team prepare for your upcoming procedure and create an adequate safety plan, recovery space, and smooth coordination of care. The initial consultation helps ensure that settling back into your home after your procedure is seamless and easy. We can also ensure adequate supplies are available, your recovery space is prepped and ready for you, and an itinerary for postoperative support after your arrival home has been created. 

Our nursing staff are board licensed, certified, and have undergone extensive training and background checks. We only hire the most qualified, empathetic and experienced registered nurses who have ER, ICU, or postoperative care experience. 

Yes! We have collaborations at luxury hotels around the DFW area and are able to help with your recovery in a discrete and comfortable space. We have access to private entrances to ensure confidentiality and comfort as you transition from the surgery center to the hotel.  

Yes! We utilize ALTO car service and private drivers. A nurse will be with you from surgery center to hotel or home, and back. 

Please note additional charges may apply.  

We have a strict quality assurance program in place that includes regular check-ins with patients and their families, as well as ongoing training and education for our nursing staff. We also conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor patient satisfaction. Your feedback is important to us!
