Chief Executive Officer
Heidi Levan started her career as a pediatric ICU RN. She then obtained her Nursing Anesthesia degree and has worked in a wide range of hospital systems, with the vast majority of her time as a CRNA in a night shift Level-1 Trauma hospital in Dallas, Texas. She has also worked in outpatient surgical settings.

With over six years in healthcare, she has developed a broad foundation in Emergency Room nursing, post-operative care, and high-risk obstetrics. Her background includes numerous leadership roles in high-stakes settings, where she excelled in ensuring operational efficiency and the highest standards of patient care. Eliza earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Christian University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University, combining her clinical insight with business acumen to elevate our operational strategies and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.
