An in-home consultation helps the PostOp Collective's nursing team prepare for your upcoming procedure and create an adequate safety plan, recovery space, and smooth coordination of care. The initial consultation helps ensure that settling back into your home after your procedure is seamless and easy. We can also ensure adequate supplies are available, your recovery space is prepped and ready for you, and an itinerary for postoperative support after your arrival home has been created.

Our nursing staff are board licensed, certified, and have undergone extensive training and background checks. We only hire the most qualified, empathetic and experienced nurses who have ER, ICU, or postoperative care experience.

We have a strict quality assurance program in place that includes regular check-ins with patients and their families, as well as ongoing training and education for our nursing staff. We also conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor patient satisfaction. Your feedback is important to us!
